The following items are needed for general SCaRE item donations :

1 Cash Box (they do not need the keys, but are preferred) – 8R and 2G (NOTE:We are glad to take used cash boxes; also if you have one that you are willing to loan us for SCARE, please contact bekkah.hackett@gmail.com so I can make the note and we can work out a fair prestige amount!)

2 Receipt Books – Minimum of 2 parts; We currrently have 2 Adams Model Number SC1152, so that is a good example of what we need – 4G and 4R per 200 receipts.

5 Boxes of 100 Envelopes – Manilla – Roughly 9″ x 11 1/2″ – 3G and 3R / 100 Envelopes

10 decks of cards – 1G and 1R per deck of Cards

12 – 4 packs of AAA Rechargeable Batteries – 4G and 6R

Battery Charger that can charge both AA and AAA batteries. We need battery charging capacity for 24 more batteries. The prestige value on this item will vary greatly due to the size variation on chargers. As an Example: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10242692 will be worth 10R. If you found a charger that Charged 100 AA and AAA batteries at one time and made them all completely full in like 10 minutes, then you may be looking at some Exceptional Prestige.

2 Posterboard Sized White Boards/Dry Erase Boards – 10R per White Board/Dry Erase Board – As a Note: You can Buy these at Walmart for under $15.

2 Medium Sized Dry Erase Board – 2G; 8R

2 Clear Plastic Tubs with Lids (roughly 12″W x 15″D x 10T) - 4G and 4R per tub

1 Package of 1 Gross (144) Small Black Binder Clips – Must hold at least 3/8″ of paper – 4G and 3R per Gross.

100 Labels – 2 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ roughly – 4G and 3R per 100 Stickers – We prefer something that can be stuck into a Printer

1 Box of Business Cards – approxamately 250 per box – 5G and 5R per box of 250 Cards

1-2 boxes (25/box) of Blue Badge Laminating Sleeves w/ Clips (Vertical Orientation – Hole for the clip is on the short side) – 4G and 3R per box of 25 (As a note: I have noticed that if you buy these at a major office supply store, it is about $15 per box so 4G and 3R doesn’t seem worth it, but if you buy (or you get a couple of friends to chip in) 100 you can get it for about $20 for 100 at http://www.mybinding.com/.sc/ms/dd/ee/1230/Blue-10mil-Luggage-Tag-With-Slot-Laminating-Pouches-100pk. If you can find them cheaper elsewhere, go for it, but this seemed like a good price to me. Also, as a note, if you choose to buy 100, the prestige will be given for all 100.
