Hello Region of LUV,

Most of you know by know, if you’ve been reading the news or this mailing list, there was a shooting in one of our domains today. Ft. Hood experienced an open fire by several gunmen, and several were killed, and even more injured.

Let’s band together as a region, and reach out to the surviving victims of this horrible tragedy by donating our time and our blood to those who are still fighting to recover and survive.

As per the Prestige Guidelines, Blood Drives instigated by the Camarilla are rewarded as follows:

Donating blood as part of a Camarilla blood drive 25 per donation
Includes whole blood and partial blood donations. Partial blood donation refers to aphaeresis, i.e. plasma or platelets. Any monetary compensation must be donated to charity in order to receive the prestige award. Donor must provide proof to their chapter/domain coordinator that the donation of plasma (and money, if applicable) was done.
Transportation for blood drive 10 per trip, max 20
Includes transporting two or more members who donate blood. This may not be received in the same month as a donation of blood (see previous).

This drive will go on for the remainder of the month. Please report your donations to both your domain coordinator and me (sc.arc.services@gmail.com) and our RC Jeremy Brown (cam.scrc@gmail.com) and our CoS, Jess Fazio (sc.arc.cos@gmail.com).
